Alma 31 – Alma and his brethren are witness to the Zoramite’s perverted methods of worship.
As I read Alma’s response and prayer after seeing their perverted ideas, I couldn’t help reflect on some of the false ideas of people today who have pulled away from truth.
But I’m going to focus on my prayer this morning and the Divine Signature (tender mercy) I received. I was thanking Heavenly Father for the Holy Ghost and paused. “Why did the people of olden – pre-Christ time, not have this blessing in their lives? Where is this fair? Well, they did! Verse 36 clearly states they were filled with the Holy Spirit.
